Chocolate Making: Bean to Bar

Project: Diagram the chocolate making process for educational purposes; to be used in Shoemaker’s class at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The graphics were also incorporated into an interactive learning module, where student can click on each step to learn more about the process.
